Damaged or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, production will have begun and we are unable to cancel your order.
